• Before machine running
• Clean up the work siteand any sundries nothing to do with machine, place the blank properly;
• Check machine lubrication of friction part, keep lubricating oil sufficiently in all lubrication points ;
• Check and confirm die installation is correct and reliable, no edge cracks, dents or collapse on die/mold;
• Clutch MUST be separate before start the motor;
• Test if brakes, clutch and steering moves flexibly, accurately, reliably, and do a few empty travels;
• Prepare tools needed in working.
• Machine working time
• Add lubricants regularly ;
• Should NOT punching two sheet metals simultaneously;
• Clear up the wastage at time using brush or hook, absolute prohibition of using hand. If workpiece jammed in the die, should stop machine and remove timely ;
• Keep the material clean and lubricate when doing shallow drawing, ;
• When using a foot switch, be careful NOT to put your foot on the pedal, so as not to accidentally touch and incidents;
• DO NOT reach into the die with hand when machine working. DO NOT move the blank after machine started ;
• When found that the machine does not work properly, (such as free-fall slide, unusual percussion and noise, there is a glitch or poor quality finished products, etc.), should immediately stop work and find a solution;
• DO NOT remove the protective devices (such as housing, etc.).
• After working
• Disengage the clutch;
• Turn off the power;
• Clean up the metals, chips waste;
• Pick up tools and stamping parts, put in place;
• Wiping machine and dies with a rag, coated with anti-rust oil in the mold edge and machine unpainted part.
